i need to lose weight in two weeks important and i dont care about the long run as long as its not too dangerous

You should really think about what your asking here. I too am in need of some sculpting but its not like im going to starve myself and anyone who answers this question shame on you. Really, if your that desperate go get lipo or something. But i do NOT recommend doing anything that helps you loose over 10kg a week. Seriously bad for your health.

well whatever energy you use you need to put that energy back into your system or you could get sick and wont be able to exercise… so I wouldn’t recommend you to stop eating, our bodies need energy to function, so don’t over do the running/exercise… do us much as you can that you will be able to put the energy back in
whenever you are running/doing exercise always have water with you
